Opening Tool of SSSV(Subsurface Safety Valve)
The opening tool of SSSV(Subsurface safety valve) is used to open the valve plate normally due to the failure of the hydraulic opening channel of the downhole safety valve. The forced opening tool string is lowered through wire operation to open the valve plate and release the scroll elastic sleeve to keep the valve plate open.
The tool design requires three trips of slickline tool strings. The first tool string is mainly connected with x/xn type running tool, x/xn type lock cylinder and forced opening tool. The purpose is to accurately send the forced opening tool into the downhole safety valve, that is, the scroll elastic sleeve of the forced opening tool aligns with the open position of the valve plate of the downhole safety valve.
The second slickline operation is mainly connected with the S-type throwing and fishing tool. The purpose is to operate the forced opening tool, release the scroll elastic sleeve, and pull out the spindle string of the forced opening tool.
The third slickline operation is mainly connected with gr type throwing and fishing tool. The purpose is to pull out the x/xn type lock cylinder and the rest of the forced opening tool body, only leave the scroll elastic sleeve in the downhole safety valve to open the valve plate, and keep the valve plate open.
